How to play:

Enter the WinAsUGo™ application on your mobile phone (check out our Downloads Page for details on how to download the Premium pack application for free). While opening the application you will be asked if your phone allows access to the network. The Premium Pack application will not work without connecting to the network so please click Yes.
Choose whether you want to play a money game or a fun game from the applications main menu.
Choose Baccarat from the games menu and click Select to enter the game.
Select your preferred chip size (the amount of money you would like to bet with) and click Select. Your chip size can be changed after each Baccarat hand by pressing BACK and accessing the previous screen.
On the game table your default bet size is identical to the chip size that you had previously selected. You are allowed to increase your bet by moving the handsets joystick or cursor up and down, this will allow you to increase your bet size by up to 5 times the amount of the highest chip size. This can be done before each new hand. In the case of a tie, the bets of the BANKER and the PLAYER are stand-offs and neither the BANKER nor the PLAYER wins nor loses unless the PLAYER has placed a wager on TIE.
Click Deal, wait for a couple of seconds while the game connects to the WinAsUGo™ system, and two cards will be dealt for the PLAYER and two for the BANKER. All cards will be face up showing the total amount of PLAYER's hand and the BANKER's hand. A third card will be dealt shortly after to both PLAYER and BANKER according to third card rules.
If you win the hand, the money will automatically be added to your games balance on the right hand side of your games screen. If you don't win the amount will be deducted from your total balance.
To play using the same bet again - SELECT Repeat. Your chosen bet size from the previous round will be the same but again you can change it using the handsets joystick. Select New Game in order to place new bets. Alternatively you can choose Quit to exit the games screen and change your chip size.

Rules:

The value of a hand is determined by adding the values of its individual cards. Tens and face cards are counted as zero, while all other cards are counted by the number of "pips" on the card face. Only the last digit of the total is used, so all baccarat hands have values in the range 0 to 9 inclusive. The hand with the higher value wins; if the hands have the same value, the result is a tie.
Rules for the player hand: If the player's first two cards total 6 or more, then the player must stand without drawing a card. If the player's first two cards total 5 or less, the player must draw one additional card.
Rules for the banker hand: If the banker's first two cards total 7 or more, then the banker must stand without drawing a card. If the banker's first two cards total 0, 1, or 2, then the banker must draw one card. If the banker's first two cards total 3, 4, 5, or 6, then whether the banker draws is determined by whether the player drew, and if so the value of the player's drawn card, as shown by the table below. When player's first two cards total:
  • 0-1-2-3-4-5 Player draws a card
  • 6-7 Player stands
  • 8-9 Natural, banker cannot draw
When banker's first two cards total:
  • 0-1-2 Banker draws unless the player shows a natural 8 or 9.
  • 3 Banker draws when the player's third card is 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9-10.
  • Banker stands when the player's third card is an 8.
  • 4 Banker draws when the player's third card is 2-3-4-5-6-7.
  • Banker stands when the player's third card is an 1-8-9-10.
  • 5 Banker draws when the player's third card is 4-5-6-7.
  • Banker stands when the player's third card is an 1-2-3-8-9-10.
  • 6 Banker draws when the player's third card is 6-7.
  • Banker stands when the player's third card is an 1-2-3-4-5-8-9-10.
  • 7 Bank stands.
  • 8-9 Natural, player cannot draw
Baccarat Payouts. A successful wager on:
Player: Pays even money (1:1). Banker: Pays even money minus a 5% commission which is collected on winning bets. For example, if the player wins £20 on the Banker's hand, a £1 commission is collected and the player receives &pund;19. Tie: Pays 8:1 if the Player and Banker totals are equal.
If both hands tie, it is considered a push and any bets made on the Player or Banker are neither won nor lost. If the player has made a Tie bet, he or she is paid 8:1 on the bet. A Tie bet is always lost if the two hand totals are not equal.

Baccarat Terminology:
Object of the Game: The player's objective is to correctly predict which of the two hands (Player or Banker) will have a point total closest to 9
The Bets. The main game is a wager on the Player's hand or the Banker's hand:
  • Player - Pays even money.
  • Banker - Pays even money minus a 5% commission which is collected on winning bets.
  • Tie - Pays 8 to 1 if the Player and Banker total points tie. Select an initial bet amount, then click in the designated betting areas. Place your bet in the "B A N K E R" area to bet on the bank's hand, or in the "P L A Y E R" area to bet on your hand. To bet on a tie, place your bet in the "T I E" area.
  • The Deal. The player is dealt the first and third card while the second and fourth cards are dealt to the bank. Specific rules (see the following pages) dictate whether a third card is drawn for the player or the bank. The player's hand is completed first.
  • The Cards. Aces count as 1. All face cards and tens count as 0. All other cards are counted at face value. Each hand's point total is the last digit of the sum of their cards. So for example:
  • 4 + 3 = 7. This hand's point total is 7.
    Q + 5 = 5. This hand's point total is 5.
    K + J = 0. This hand's point total is 0.
    2 + 10 + 4 = 6. This hand's point total is 6.
    K + 5 + 6 = 11. This hand's point total is 1.
    8 + 4 + 7 = 19. This hand's point total is 9.
  • The winner of the game is the hand whose point total is closest to 9. In the case of a tie, the bets on the Bank and the Player are stand-offs and neither the Bank nor Player wins nor loses unless the Player has placed a wager on TIE.
