How do I collect WinPoints?

You collect WinPoints right from your first real money bet and with every real-money wager afterwards! Once you have logged-in, choose the "Loyalty Programme" option in the menu and your WinPoints balance and the corresponding club level are displayed automatically. The pre-requisite for collecting WinPoints, however, is that you will be active and remain a loyal member.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Each new member starts out as a "Welcome" club Member. Commitment and loyalty are the name of the game, so you can upgrade to Leisure club or have a chance even to become a Rollers member (or even higher!) once you have accumulated enough WinPoints. Note: once you have logged in please refer to "Loyalty Programme" in order to view your current club level, available WinPoints as well as your monthly collected WinPoints.

How can I lose my status?

If you do not collect enough WinPoints you might find yourself being downgraded or simply not making it to the next club level. Your WinPoints are being collected on a monthly basis according to the total real cash wagered in your account.

Is there a validation period in order for me to receive WinPoints?

No. For WinAsUGo mobile casino existing members the Programme start day begins on June 1st, 2009. For all new members the Programme start day begins with their first real money bet.

What privileges am I entitled to get with each club level?

Once becoming a club Member, you have certain privileges which are associated with your club rank. What are the conditions for membership?

Download and install the WinAsUGo™ Mobile Casino software to your mobile handset and register an account with us (you can do it through the mobile application or by clicking here. You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Until when can I redeem my WinPoints?

Your account as well as your WinPoints will be deemed "dormant" if it has not been accessed for at least six (6) calendar months, as determined from the last time you performed an action in the account (e.g., made a purchase or placed a bet). WinPoints are valid for 1 year. This means that WinPoints accumulated in June are valid until the end of June of the next year.
