General FAQ General Terms And Conditions


General provisions
The WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino Members Loyalty Programme (hereinafter referred to as "Loyalty Programme") allows registered WinAsUGo™ mobile Casino customers to earn loyalty points ("WinPoints") for each real money wager. As soon as participants make any deposit they are qualified to receive WinPoints which later they can redeem towards certain benefits and privileges. WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino reserves the right to modify the contents of these terms and conditions at any time.

Participating and registration
Participation in WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino Loyalty Programme is voluntary and does not entail any extra costs or obligations for WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino customers. All registered WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino customers who have an active account and who qualified for the Members Loyalty Programme by playing for real money are eligible to participate. Each person can only open one account.

Earning and allocation of WinPoints
Customers earn WinPoints on real-money bets at WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino PremiumPack and SlotsPack. In addition, WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino may grant participants extra WinPoints, depending on their status. WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino shall be entitled to rectify obvious errors in the computation of account balances or corrections, e.g. as a result of bet corrections, at any time. If bets or games are cancelled, the credited WinPoints will again be withdrawn from WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino account. WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino reserves the right to adjust the earning logic for WinPoints and for all valid currencies at any time. Users registered with WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino may receive more rewards by reaching different Club levels. The user status will be verified and re-allocated every month, on the first of the month. The number of WinPoints earned in the previous month period will serve as a calculation basis. WinPoints are earned for real-money bets only.

Validity of WinPoints
WinPoints are valid for 1 year. This means that WinPoints earned on June, will be valid and can be used until the end of June of the following year. Your account including your WinPoints will be deemed "dormant" and therefore can no longer be redeemed afterwards, if it has not been accessed for at least six (6) calendar months, as determined from the last time you performed an action in the account (e.g. made a purchase or placed a bet). If membership with WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino is terminated, point "Termination" shall apply as regards the expiry of WinPoints. WinPoints cannot be transferred to other participants or combined with other accounts of other customers or other customer accounts. In case of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or of WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino General Terms and Conditions, in case of suspected manipulation or misuse of the Loyalty Programme or if the user account is blocked, WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino reserves the right to refuse crediting WinPoints or redeeming WinPoints and, if necessary, to deduct WinPoints.

Account statements
By logging in to their user accounts, users can find out the current status of their WinPoints account. Provided that WinPoints have already been credited to the account, the WinPoints balance is updated online as you play. Complaints have to be made by e-mail to WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino within a period of two weeks (14 days) after the WinPoints were credited. After that, the account status shown is deemed approved.

Redeeming WinPoints
Participants can redeem their WinPoints towards privileges and certain benefits which are associated with their club level. When WinPoints are redeemed, the relevant number of WinPoints will be deducted from the WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino WinPoints account. WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino reserves the right to offer certain privileges or/and benefits or/and special offers exclusively in exchange for WinPoints. It is stated that real-money payments will be settled exclusively via the customer's account. It is also stated that some privileges or/and benefits or/and special offers offered are reserved for customers with a certain club ranking. Customers can redeem their WinPoints over their mobile handset only. Information about the privileges and benefits which are offered, the required number of WinPoints and redemption conditions are also made public on the Internet.

Termination
Participants may terminate their agreement and their account at any time without having to observe a notice period. When such termination occurs, participants lose both their status and their Win Points. If users have not been active for 6 months, WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino may terminate their membership and they will lose their WinPoints and their status. Not having been active means that the user has not made any bets within the past 6 months or participated in any other games with real-money bets. WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino may at any time discontinue its Loyalty programme, observing a three-month notice period. Participants will be expressly notified of a discontinuation in an adequate fashion, in writing, e-mail or SMS notification. Earned WinPoints can be redeemed until the Loyalty programme is discontinued. In case of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or of WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino General Terms and Conditions, in case of suspected manipulation or misuse of the Loyalty Programme or if the user account is blocked, WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino reserves the right to terminate, without notice, the WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino membership and delete all unredeemed WinPoints. In such cases the WinPoints become invalid immediately and can no longer be redeemed. Furthermore, WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino reserves the right to temporarily suspend membership rights at its Loyalty programme and to refuse redeeming their WinPoints, if the company's security department, for whatever reason, closes the WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino account for an internal review.

Liability, damages
WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino shall only be liable in the event of intent and gross negligence displayed by WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino or its bodies or representatives; it does not assume liability for slight negligence (except in cases of personal injury). Due to the technical state of the internet and of data processing systems, processing and transmission errors cannot be avoided completely. WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino, therefore, cannot be held liable for processing or transmission errors nor for the accuracy or completeness of the provided WinPoints stats.

Data protection
Participants agree to WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino electronically storing and processing the entered data. The personal data in connection with the participation will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions and will be used for executing the loyalty programme and for marketing purposes. The participants expressly agree to the disclosure of their data to WinAsUGo™'s Mobile Casino.
