How do I open an account with WinAsUGo™?

There are 2 ways to open an account with WinAsUGo™:

    • Once you have downloaded the WinAsUGo™ application choose REGISTER from the applications main menu.
    • Please follow the registration steps as required in the registration form.
    • During the registration process a verification code will be sent to you. The code is mandatory in order to complete the registration process.
    • Once you have finished the registration process you will be granted with a free cash BONUS.

    • Please fill in all the required details according to the registration form.

How to retrieve my password?

What if my mobile has been stolen or lost?

In case your mobile has been stolen/lost please contact our customer care department immediately in order to block your account so no one can use it.
Once you receive a new mobile device you will be required to download WinAsUGo™ application again.
In case a new phone number has been issued for you, after downloading the application you will be required to go over the registration process again.
In order to transfer all previous account details please contact our customer care department at support@winasugo.com
Note: No one should be able to use any of your WinAsUGo™ applications from your stolen phone, unless they have your username and password. Do not keep these on your phone at any time!




What happens if I change my mobile handset?

Once you receive a new mobile device you will be required to download WinAsUGo™ application again. Please login using your personal login details.




What happens if I change my mobile number?

In case a new phone number has been issued for you, you will be required to download WinAsUGo™ application.
After downloading the application you will be required to go over the registration process again.

What happens if the connection to the gaming server is lost?

In case the connection to the gaming server is lost you will have to re-login to your account with WinAsUGo™.
If the gaming server settles the bet during the loss of your Internet connection, it will refresh your credit balance with the outcome of the bet. If it does not resolve the bet during loss of the Internet connection, it will present you with the unsettled bet the next time you login into the application and enter the game that was being played when the connection loss occurred.


What happens if I receive an incoming call during a game?
